Terms & Conditions

  • 1.) The amount of custom content acquired is based on the marketing review with our customer service department that established these parameters, in addition to the upgrades purchased and fees paid.
  • 2.) At any time you may either upgrade your campaign to include the addition of relevant content based on other services and products you provide, or we can design and build a new custom website from scratch at an additional fee. The website cannot be downgraded.
  • 3.) You agree to allow us to showcase your website as part of our marketing and sales demonstrations.
  • 4.) We at Online Business Development are not responsible for changes in internet protocol not in our control.
  • 5.) You understand that this one-time fee is for custom work and cannot be canceled or reused on another website based on the nature of the custom design per our agreement.
  • 6.) You understand that by providing you with custom work designed and created solely for your business, there can be no refunds. Furthermore, you understand that any collection activity can result in legal fees and additional charges up to three (3) times the amount of the original sale, not including damages.
  • 7.) A fifty dollar ($50) fee will be applied to all returned checks or insufficient funds. Additionally, if the amount paid is less than the retail amount because of a promotion, and if for any reason any portion of the promotional price remains outstanding after the completion of the work, the amount owed will automatically revert to the full retail amount of the campaign plus the individual retail price of any and all bundled services.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in U.S. funds.


  • I hereby represent that I am the authorized user for the account of which I am providing for payment. As the authorized decision-maker for my firm, I understand that the credit card or check provided for payment will be charged for the appropriate fees according to the agreement of the custom website I have purchased above.
  • I confirm that I have personally filled out the financial information on this order form.
  • I understand that payment is made for custom work for a new website, and as such there is a no-refund, no-cancellation policy now in effect.
  • I also understand that any and all collection costs will be added to the purchase price of this campaign if I fail to remit payment on time. Litigation will be held in Clark County, Nevada.
  • I understand that Online Business Development is not responsible for work on my original website, and that all work is done to create and design a separate, new site.
  • I understand that the purpose of Online Business Development’s service is to provide my business with better exposure and that there have been no specific guarantees stated or implied in regards to traffic, sales, or leads.
  • I do not hold Online Business Development responsible for any changes made in regards to internet protocol out of their control.
